Purchase Orders may be placed by either telephone, FAX, email or mail. Please be sure to include your name, the companys' name, the billing and shipping addresses and the telephone number and fax numbers. Payment and shipping method also needs to be established before shipment.

Be sure to tell us what kind of instrument is desired and what insert values are required.

Due to the nature of magnetic materials, Calibration of all instruments is required annually. The same payment policy as new instruments applies to calibrations.
Changes to instruments, such as adding Inserts, need to be done with a calibration. Send the instrument back to add Inserts.

Credit card - Mastercard and Visa credit cards are welcome.

Credit (Net 30 days) - New customers need to establish their credit. Please send your credit references. Established customers are extended credit as long as their payments are reasonable.

All OVERSEAS shipments require prepayment before shipping. After an order is placed, we will fax or email (pdf file) your invoice and our banking information. Payment is by wire transfer, and we will ship on receipt. It usually takes about 3-5 days to receive a wire transfer. We will fax or email the tracking information to you the day of shipment. Customers are responsible for the bank fees associated with wire transfers. Sending bank charges vary. Please check with your bank.

All deliveries are made by UPS ground unless otherwise arranged. Additional charges may apply if an alternate carrier is desired. Delivery times are as follows:
New instruments - All instruments are custom made. Inserts are calibrated to the specific instrument they come with. Normal delivery times are 1 to 2 weeks depending on the shop load. Large orders may take longer. Check when you order.
Calibrations - Calibrations normally take 2 weeks or less.
Rush orders - We do have a rush option for orders needing overnight service. The fee is $50.00. The delivery time needs to be negotiated at the time the order is placed.
